These terms govern your use of Martha Hurry - Double Agent (this site), operated by the operator, referred to here as "we"/"us". By creating an account or playing the game, you agree to them.

The service

Martha Hurry - Double Agent is a free-to-play, real-time two-player Cold War strategy game, currently playable in a web browser (a dedicated Android app is on the way). The game is under active development and offered on an "as is" basis — features, balance, and availability may change without notice, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

Accounts

• You need a valid email address to create an account, and one account per person.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, and for anything that happens under your account.
• This game isn't directed at children; you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of consent in your country, if higher) to create an account.

Acceptable use

Play fair. In particular, don't:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to play on your behalf;
• Exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage, rather than reporting them;
• Harass, impersonate, or abuse other players;
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate matchmaking or ratings;
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

Advertising

The game shows ads through Google's H5 Games Ad Placement API (AdSense) — see our cookie policy for details.

Intellectual property

The game's software, artwork, and content are the property of the operator or its licensors, except where noted. You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from its content without permission.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Check back here for the current version.
